Transforming industries with purpose – and embodying the change we need.I believe sustainability is not only about protecting the planet and building business cases at the same time – it’s about embodying new ways of leading, living, and doing business so that people, companies, and nature can thrive together.As Managing Director of CAMM Solutions, I co-lead the scaling of a breakthrough material that can replace up to 50% of global plastic packaging waste. CAMM is fully biodegradable, microplastic-free, and recyclable with paper – a systems solution to one of the greatest environmental challenges of our time.Previously, as VP Corporate Responsibility Tchibo, I developed pioneering programs on corporate responsibility, human rights, and circular business transformation. I am also part of IMAGINE, a global leadership community founded by Paul Polman and Valerie Keller, working with executives and changemakers to accelerate sustainable business worldwide. Embodiment is central to my work: I combine strategic leadership with the practice of living sustainability in everyday choices, relationships, and energy. This enables me not only to design systemic change but also to mentor leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators in becoming aligned, resilient, and authentic changemakers. My expertise spans: sustainability strategy, regenerative business, packaging innovation, leadership transformation, human rights in supply chains, and embodied leadership practices. My belief: true change emerges when we integrate the rational and the embodied – when sustainability is no longer a program, but a lived reality.
