The Product Director identifies market opportunities and business development prospects, define strategic cross business unit product visions and goals, align with other Business Units, and drive cross functional product roadmap deliverables across the organization to ensure the business executes against key success metrics, including financial targets. Specific activities: Lead BU assessment of capabilities for application against the business and market needs of our primary customers (health plans) & select & bring products to market with the leadership team & product owners Partner with other business units to align strategic goals and objectives and to identify joint business development opportunities and go-to-market approaches that drive value to the company and the Business Unit Drive leadership in the strategic project planning, designing and implementing of innovative business solutions by defining vision, strategies, and tactics to address market shifts in order to optimize the Business Unit’s competitive position. Ensure investments and major initiatives incorporate broader strategic considerations. Lead annual 3-year long range planning (LRP) efforts for the Smart Connect and Smart Appointment Scheduling product portfolios. Partner with executive leadership team, financial planning organization, and corporate strategy team to develop and prioritize new organizational strategic goals and refine/expand/close existing strategies to meet business and financial targets.
