I am a PMP-certified and Agile-trained program/project manager who enjoys creating processes and plans for complex projects and solving problems to achieve desired outcomes. I have experience working with aggressive schedules, managing scope changes, and fostering strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, both domestic and offshore. In addition to being a program/project manager, I have been a team leader, providing guidance, support, and training to a team to 5-8 project managers.
