Develop data governance guidance, processes, procedures, and best practices supporting data management functions and open data and science. Manage digital and physical data records consistent and compliant with national and international standards, policies, requirements, and best practices. Develop traceable mechanisms for improving open data sharing and dissemination, usage, and exchange, thereby improving and maximizing data utility and supporting expansion of customer communities.
