I am an experienced Release Manager seeking g a new role and challenge. Recent past experience includes: Release Management for private sector and federal government with Public Trust clearance. I have worked on diverse types of projects from large enterprise product and application delivery to small single implementations for clients. I have well over a decade of release management experience so I have e done every kind of release under the sun and utilized every methodology available. I can manage complex deployments coordinating efforts between multiple development groups on a fast-paced development cycle ensuring on time, on budget successful delivery. I Also like to build genuine relationships with internal and external partners to maximize collaborations efforts whether it is for proving estimates or plotting out a post-delivery support strategy. I like to employ a wholistic delivery strategy, when possible so I can ensure top quality across all aspects of a release: coordinating with Change Management, calendar and, scheduling, process flow through all environments (dev/staging through production) and communication plans Specialties: Facilitating impactful meetings to achieve purpose efficiently.
