   As the Founder and Executive Director of Coder Bloom (https://coderbloom.org), I lead an organization dedicated to empowering Latin American women to learn and excel as programmers. Our mission is to bridge the gender gap in tech by providing technical education, programming contests, and soft skills training, while connecting participants with opportunities at leading tech companies.Key Achievements:Founded and grew the community, organizing 33 programming competitions with over women participants from 23 countries, hosted both virtually and in-person (Mexico and Peru).Planned, coordinated, and executed training for the Peruvian team to compete in the EGOI 2024 (European Girls\' Olympiad in Informatics), serving as their official coach during the event.Designed and organized a programming contest for a Tech company, successfully engaging 800 participants in Mexico.Managed a team of 20+ volunteers, ensuring smooth execution of programming contest, conference, workshops.Secured funding through strategic fundraising efforts, including partnerships with tech companies and grant applications, to sustain and expand Coder Bloom\'s initiatives.
