Analyze collected survey data, including cleaning and removing duplicates, recoding open-ended text boxes and demographic categories, missing data analysis, variable correlations, and factor analysis.• Facilitate identity-based focus groups for students, staff, and faculty members and conduct thematic analysis of participant responses about their perceptions of institutional climate. The resulting report is used to inform the development of questions on the campus-wide survey.• Document, summarize, and condense focus group responses into qualitative themes to be utilized in developing campus-wide survey questions and action-step recommendations.• Analyze and code qualitative data from open-ended survey questions into general themes for the larger campus-wide report and presentation.• Serve as a lead facilitator for institutional visits by partnering with our campus liaisons to provide a safe space for on-site focus groups and lead on-site logistics.
