ABOUT NANCY LOATES-TAYLOR

My aim is to help people thrive through sales and leadership challenges so that they achieve their desired performance. With a broad and deep range of experience I inspire, mentor and facilitate to produce higher level results. Helping clients to understand their underlying beliefs, attitudes and sense of purpose can create more satisfying outcomes. Particular areas of focus include Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Growing in Changing Times. When working with corporate clients, the challenge of implementing new initiatives and change through transforming their people is what I find especially stimulating. This has meant working at the highest levels with senior executive teams, leadership and sales teams. I love helping people to raise their self-awareness, so they have a deeper understanding of the steps they need to take to reach new levels of success. Having lived in four different countries across three continents during the course of my life plus travelling extensively internationally, I feel connected with people from diverse background from across the world. I enjoy working with those who come from different cultures and exchanging insights about life, the universe and everything. Why trees? Because of the many examples of survival that they represent - being the supplier of our oxygen, absorber of carbon and, with strong roots, the survivor of the winds of change. They are truly magnificent parts of our ecosystem that we need to actively foster.
