In this role Ms. Keane directs a broad range of communications, public relations, and public affairs strategies, including social media. As spokeswoman for Albertsons, Safeway, and Vons she ensures that the company\'s brand is elevated, and a favorable public image is maintained and excels. She is responsible for corporate citizenship, social responsibility, foundation charitable giving, along with community and government relations. Keane is recognized for advancing both state and local legislation along with corporate retail initiatives throughout the Southwest and is a registered lobbyist. An award-winning television, radio and print journalist, Keane brings national and global hands-on media experience to the corporate workplace. She has delivered thousands of breaking news reports for outlets including CNN, BBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC. As a respected journalist, she received a rare invitation to fly with the United States Air Force Thunderbird\'s in an F-16. Nancy has served as Associate Faculty at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. Additionally, she has reported for Phoenix Magazine, Arizona Business, Tucson Lifestyle, and the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance magazines.
