Participate in SOP creation, work closely with Global Ops Manager, Congress on this development.Day to day entails A-Z planning for Ancillary meetings in conjunction to Congresses. Act as the primary contact with the client to understand their needs and liaison with the vendors at the venue for audio visual, banquets, food and beverage, etc. Majority focus in NORAM but also support some in Europe as well. Attendees range 50 – 700, internal and external. Global attendees.Proficient in MS Suite, and Cvent.
