As an experienced instructional design and technical writing consultant, I help users thrive amidst change with process-based training and supporting content targeted to the user role, aligned with the business process, and designed with adult learning theory and neuroscience in mind. My projects typically involve a mix of instructional design, technical writing, and process work.
