I\'m so fortunate to work in my dream job, and as a Career Coach I want to help you find yours! Before career coaching, I worked for over 13 years in Human Resources. I\'ve coached both managers and employees on a wide variety of issues. I also bring an intimate knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and combine an employer\'s perspective with career development best practices to help clients identify leads, tailor their resumes and cover letters, create robust LinkedIn profiles, network, interview and negotiate offers. My philosophy is to meet clients where they are at on their career journey. Whether you are looking to gain new experience, contemplating a career change, thinking of undertaking a new certification, attaining a better work/life balance or entertaining the idea of retiring, I will customized my coaching to help you clarify your goals, and together we will establish an effective strategy help you reach them.
