Nancy has more than 30 years of experience marketing and selling Real Estate in the Athens area including Athens-Clarke County and the University of Georgia, Oconee, Madison, Oglethorpe, Jackson and Barrow Counties. In 1986 when she began her Real Estate Career, interest rates were 12 to 14% or higher, so she set a goal to learn all she could by attending Continuing Education classes that would prepare her to best help her Buyers and Sellers.
