The Ombudsman also works diligently to help parents become true partners with educators in building vital support systems to help children get ready for college, work and life.The Newark Public Schools is the largest and one of the oldest school systems in New Jersey. The district serves more than students in 75 schools ranging from Pre‐K to twelfth grade.
