Connector and Optimizer: For me making a connection with someone is a great gift but giving them something they value is a great reward. I clearly remember a time when I was visiting a location as part of a project. I ran into someone that I would see and chat with regularly. On this trip they commented they were not aware I would be visiting. What was memorable about this interaction was what they said – “Oh good. I always learning something when you’re here”. It was very matter of fact, but WOW did it ever make my heart sing!
