Nancy has over 25 years of experience counseling and coaching corporate executives and Boards of Directors on business and legal matters, including organizational, human resources, and change management issues. She combines her business acumen, leadership, and legal skills with organizational development and career counseling skills to promote organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and individual career growth. Nancy provides private one-on-one and group executive coaching through her business PRESENCE Coaching and has a passion for helping professional women navigate the challenges and choices they encounter throughout their careers. She also coaches senior executives, law-firm partners/associates, and other professionals on career-related matters. She has counseled undergraduates and alumni at Loyola University on career planning, job search strategies, resumes, and interviewing. She also taught career assessment workshops (using Myers-Briggs and Strong Interest Inventory assessments). In addition to her executive coaching business, Nancy is the CEO and founder of Business Law Partners where she is a trusted advisor who understands both the legal requirements and the company\'s business goals and strategies. Before founding Business Law Partners, she served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of DiamondCluster International, Inc, now a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised Diamond\'s Board of Directors and Diamond\'s senior management on all legal matters, and played a key role in structuring and negotiating all of Diamond\'s acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Ms. Bellis was a corporate attorney at the law firms of Schiff Hardin LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf.
