Support the companies growing team of employees with 170 locations throughout the United States- Manage and support the payroll process performed by the Payroll Processor- Manage a department of two payroll processors- Review payroll for accuracy and compliance based on state and federal provisions- Reconcile payroll by entity and as a company whole- Prepare schedules and process bi-weekly payroll for multi-entity, multi-state, hourly and salary employees- Responsible for ensuring federal, state and local payroll reports (monthly, quarterly and annually) are filed timely and accurately, coordinating with payroll service as necessary- Monitor, research and correct tax issues working in conjunction with UltiPro/UKG Pro or directly with tax jurisdictions- Work close with the company Controller with questions pertaining to month end and provide forecasting data- Work with FP & A with monthly budget assessment- Assess bi-weekly payroll trend and provide assessment to the company VP Finance and CFO- Works with UKG/UltiPro on system updates, issues and maintaining a relationship with the established UKG account manager
