Nancy Wilkerson provides temporary staffing to hotels, resorts, CVB’s, meeting and event companies, located in the Southeast. She can fill short-term vacancies caused by maternity and medical leaves and for gaps that come from unplanned resignations and/or terminations, or when you simply need an extra effort for 30-60-90 days. Nancy offers 25+ years of resort/hotel sales experience in leading successful sales teams as well as fostering new/existing relationships with clients to maximize group bookings with branded and independent properties.By spending one or two weeks on site to meet the team, become familiar with your organization and understand booking parameters, she can then work remotely in Atlanta to support your team and deliver results. This means your organization will not incur the added expense of lodging, meals, travel expenses for extended periods of time that most task force companies require. Simply provide her with a company laptop and mobile phone and she will be ready to start her assignment.She will provide you with a 1099 and considered an Independent Contractor, not an employee. Length of service is for a minimum of four weeks but after that, she will stay as long as you need and want her. After the initial four-week interval, either party can cancel at any time, for any reason with one week’s written notice. If you pay for a subsequent four-week interval then decide to cancel (with one week’s notice), you will receive a refund for any unused portion of the fee paid.
