I this unique role I get to wear many hats. My primary responsibility is sprint delivery, everything from the initial idea, through requirements gathering, requirements writing, testing, and post release activities. I work in the Enforcement space, which has a great deal of complexity. Each municipality has their own ideas and rules for how to run most efficiently and I get to design workflows and user scenarios with various teams. I am also very involved in road map planning, working closely with the Product Manager to ensure that what we are delivering lines up with the vision. I run daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives, and design workshops, working closely with engineering, management, UX, and architecture. The most notable solutions that I brought to life with my team are Fleets and Photo Enforcement, both of which are being used in large US cities to help them manage their curbs.
