As the Water Resources Operations Manager for PA NY & NJ and Vice President at Kleinfelder, a leading engineering, construction management, design, and environmental professional services firm, I lead growth, change, collaboration, innovation both strategically and with boots on the ground. I have 28 years of experience in water resources and wastewater engineering, hold a Professional Engineer license in five states as well as other national recognized certifications and advanced my formal education with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.In my previous role as a Vice President, Principal Project Manager and Account Leader at Mott MacDonald, I managed complex and challenging projects in sewer collection, conveyance, treatment, and disposal, delivering high quality and sustainable solutions for our clients and communities. I also led the growth and excellence of our hydraulic infrastructure evaluation team, which provided innovative and cost-effective condition assessments, quantification and location of defects and extraneous flow issues for stormwater and wastewater systems. I am passionate about clean water and well-constructed and sustainable infrastructure, and I infuse these values into my work and leadership. I am always eager to learn from others and to share my knowledge and insights with my colleagues and the next generation of water professionals. I leverage my deep experience in water consulting in my current role at Kleinfelder to move the water business in this key geography to optimal operational condition. I look forward to expanding my network and experience at Kleinfelder and beyond.
