I work at the interface of policy, finance, and operations, helping translate economic analysis into practical strategies and investment programs that support low-carbon and climate-resilient development.At the World Bank Group, I lead engagement with multilateral development banks (MDBs) to strengthen collaboration on climate finance frameworks, methodologies, and joint initiatives. In this role, I help shape collective approaches to climate finance, support institutional coordination across MDBs, and contribute to advancing the global climate agenda.I serve as a strategic advisor within the One Climate Department, helping harmonize climate and sustainability approaches across the WBG’s public and private sector arms (IBRD/IDA, IFC, and MIGA), while supporting the next generation of WBG engagement on adaptation, resilience, and sustainable finance.My work spans both strategy and operations—supporting the design of climate-focused country programs and sector strategies while advising teams on investment operations and transactions with public and private clients to integrate low-carbon and climate-resilient infrastructure.Earlier in my career, I led initiatives across Africa, Europe, and Asia through roles at the World Bank and IFC, advising governments, multilateral institutions, and private sector partners. My work has included designing investment programs that embed sustainable infrastructure and climate-resilient investment into development pipelines and contributing to major institutional initiatives such as the World Bank Group’s $25B infrastructure financing strategy and the operational rollout of Paris Alignment.I have also led global knowledge platforms, conducted impact evaluations to inform investment design, and contributed to international policy dialogue on climate finance and infrastructure investment. As an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, I taught development economics and continue to mentor emerging leaders committed to bridging research, policy, and practice.Focused on advancing climate finance, scaling sustainable infrastructure investment, and strengthening collaboration among MDBs and with the private sector to support low-carbon, climate-resilient development.
