As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach with a rich, four-decade history of empowering individuals to overcome challenges and reach their full potential, my passion has been providing unique strategies to navigate life\'s complexities. Unfortunately, the past three years have presented unprecedented challenges, and I\'ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health and overall well-being. As I watched this unfold, I said to myself,\"there is much to do.\" So,\"let\'s get to work!\" Whole-Person Health is now our primary focus - merging clinical and coaching expertise with mental performance management for business success. We partner with companies to foster engaged, resilient cultures and develop leaders, leveraging science-backed tools like the Kolbe System to enable stronger hiring decisions and team collaboration. With mental health challenges growing, my solutions take a proactive approach - addressing risks of addiction, care-giving stress, infertility costs, workplace balance and more through customized coaching programs.
