About Nancy Trott
I am a communications professional with an eye for great stories and creative ways to tell them. I\'ve spent the past decade focused on internal communications for some of the most well-known brands in the Northwest, bringing employees along on journeys through change, challenge and celebration. My background in journalism, editing, and newsroom management has served me well in the corporate world, where I\'m always on the lookout for a compelling story that will inspire and engage employees from HQ to the operational front lines. I believe employees want to be proud of where they work, and the companies that espouse diversity, equity & inclusion; sustainability; and transparency can build strong advocacy among their ranks. Although I\'ve got years of experience, I\'m always looking to learn new things. I plan to finish my Master\'s Degree in Communication and Digital Media at the University of Washington in the spring of 2023.
