I’m a Technical Director specializing in Satellite Ground Station and RF Communications Engineer with 20+ years of full lifecycle project management and system engineering experience. Clients include joint DOD coalition forces, NASA, and NOAA. I also serve as a Cospas-SARSAT Technical Consultant and RF Expert for the United Nations/International Civil Aviation Organization. As an SME/Consultant, I assisted with international communications system and satellite ground system evaluations, technical document preparation and reviews, system performance and testing, and presentation of technical papers. As a technical director, I possess this innate curiosity to understand how things work and figure out how to fix them. My ability to look at details, ask questions, and think analytically provides me with a level of patience that is seldom seen among my peers and colleagues.    Leading the Rapid Solutions (RS) technical performance excellence and quality efforts to achieve AS9100D certification. Lead the organization through a significant modernization of our business management system to include writing over 40 procedures, processes, work instructions and form. Held several instrumental process improvement meetings to flow out and improve the supply chain, parts management, design and development and other key processes. Instrumental in accelerating the efforts necessary for the successful completion of our AS9100D compliance. Advanced the technical and quality acumen of the organization through continual improvements and process discipline. Spearheaded a major overhaul of over 50 laboratories in 3 geographic locations.
