   There are a plethora of real estate agents in Essex, and Passaic Counties. Why am I the one you want? While I am a hard-working agent who always looks after the best interests of my clients and have a proven track record of success, there is more. I am an Industrial Engineer and know buildings from the bones out. Whether it is a residential home, a multifamily house or a commercial property, I can use my expertise to help my buyers and sellers evaluate the property from a professional perspective. Sellers can depend on my expertise to best present their property and not waste time and money on things that will in the end not add value or raise the sale price of their property. Very often, sellers want to fix or renovate when, in fact, the amount of money they spend will not add to their return on investment. Buyers on the other hand, especially first time homeowners, fall in love with houses because they look nice. Sometimes looks can be deceiving! It is my job to show them not only the good things a property has to offer. I will also point out problems that exist or will exist in the future. My expertise can save the buyer from buyer’s remorse. I grew up loving houses. I have invested time and energy in studying houses from a construction professional\'s perspective.
