About Nancy Salien
I currently serve the legal profession as a Product Manager. For the last 10 years, I have played an increasingly responsible role in the conversion of legal software products to SaaS-based platforms from early-stage testing to final release. The research-intensive processes that define how customers use and interact with digital products make my legal training an important part of my development.

I was promoted to lead multiple cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to retrofit and integrate components of legacy products into preferred SaaS platforms. Part of my job is to deliver prioritized features into sprint-level user stories based on overall product strategy and roadmap. I also establish and report criteria for each milestone in the product roadmap, as well as compile product and customer data to generate informed profit, planning, and budget projections.
