Nancy preetha varshini is an Instructional Designer seeking ways for designing meaningful learning experiences by integrating real-world needs to e-learning. This has resulted in her classrooms turning into Start-up labs where learners have become \"Monster Storms\" or have embodied entrepreneurs, hackers, geographers, and mathematicians to explore the evolution of scientific thought. She has facilitated students and teaching communities with tools and processes that enhance engagement with places and communities. Nancy mentors Faculty teams in developing and implementing interdisciplinary learning programs. Her work with faculty and students has ranged from those in elite and mainstream colleges such as SRM University, DMI Foundations, KGiSL group of Institutions to non-formal learning centers in underserved communities as a part of her startup activity. Nancy has experience in diverse environments over 6 years beginning as an Assistant professor in the IT department to organizational development handling training academy to faculty and coordinating start-up the guidance in various colleges to become innovative practitioners. She holds a Masters Degree in Remote Sensing and wireless sensor Network from Amrita Viswa vidya peetham University, Coimbatore, and Bachelor’s in Electronics and telecommunication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. She facilitates FDP and SDP courses at different organizations and engages in international, cross-institutional collaborations, encouraging hands-on, studio-led, multi-disciplinary approaches through experimentation, material exploration, and process-thinking.
