I’m a bilingual Human Resources leader with over 10 years of experience partnering with leaders and organizations to build strong, compliant, and people-centered workplaces. I currently serve as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters, organizational change, and strategic HR initiatives across diverse teams.I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC Rossier. My academic work deepens my practice and strengthens how I approach equity, leadership development, and systems-level change in the workplace.Throughout my career, I’ve led HR functions end-to-end from employee relations, compliance, and investigations to talent development, engagement, and HR systems implementation.
