As a senior human resources business partner, chief of staff, and trusted advisor to C-suite leadership teams, I connect people, processes, and policies to drive tangible results in the workplace. I execute strategic initiatives, influence positive change, enable growth and expansion, and elevate everyone around me to make a difference. Although my experience spans virtually all HR disciplines—including oversight of strategies for total rewards, employment, mobility, analytics, people relations, and talent acquisition—I am most passionate about my recent work in organizational transformation, encompassing mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and change management. I consult with leaders across all business areas to continually improve our operations in each of these areas, leading to happier employees and a more productive workplace.Throughout my career, I have benefitted greatly from the positive influence of my colleagues, many of whom have also become friends. My team truly embodies the spirit of collaboration as we helped each other grow and learn along with the company.    Continued in the role as Compensation Consultant and Senior HR Business Partner for the People team performing all duties of the prior Senior Consultant role (see below). In addition, as the Chief of Staff for the PXT, transform the senior executive’s vision into reality by executing aligned goals, anticipating and averting problems, and adding value to people programs impacting hundreds of employees. Advocate for employees impacted by decisions pertaining to compensation, benefits, employment, mobility, analytics, people relations, and talent acquisition programs. Oversee strategic and cultural initiatives on a global scale, including mission moves that transition products and people between IBM and Red Hat.
