Senior level Procurement/Project Manager currently managing and mentoring early, mid, and late career Procurement Professionals assigned to respond to Contract requests for material and services in support of Power, Industrial and Infrastructure projects for Kiewit Corp. Responsible for training staff on contract development, negotiations, supplier sourcing, and terms and conditions understanding. Senior Project Procurement Manager • Develop specific Procurement strategies built to mitigate risk to the project schedule and bottom line spend • Integrate procurement with other key partners on project to ensure all contractual obligation to the client are met. • Manage all aspects of Procurement including supplier evaluation, bid solicitation, contract negotiations, client relations, executive reporting and contract management. • Ensure all project team members are trained on the required software responsible for managing all procurement activities. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Responsible for development of the SME position for the newly structured Kiewit Supply Network along with integrating the Contracts Group touchpoints with all other procurement functions. Member of startup team responsible for building a Procurement Shared Services division to support other project Build Work Teams across corporation.
