My position at Trane involves customer interface for existing buildings owners. Most often, my customers are public K-12 school systems along with colleges and universities. My goal is to assist customers in their energy efficiency efforts, and their mechanical systems needs, including HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems to weatherization, supply-side management and all components of a building that use utilities. My role at Trane Energy Services involves assisting customers in assembling self-funding energy conservation projects. These projects come with a written guarantee of performance, and Trane stands behind this guarantee. The whole concept of the projects I manage is that the projects fund themselves. 100% Budget Neutral Infrastructure upgrades to school buildings, which also upgrade the physical learning environment.
