Scientific and project leader with 15+ years of experience across cell therapy, antibody discovery, and immunoassay development. My background includes regulated drug development, spanning preclinical data packages and regulatory submissions (CTD Modules 2 and 4), with a strong focus on translating complex science into structured, milestone-driven programmes.I have led and mentored high-performing scientific teams while managing cross-functional projects within matrix organisations. My approach integrates scientific leadership with project and programme management, proactive risk identification, and clear mitigation planning to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
