About Nancy Lonsdorf

Most leadership advice focuses on strategy or mindset. In my work with women executives, I have found that leadership capacity is also shaped by physiology — including brain function, hormonal balance, recovery patterns, and long-term health factors. When these factors are working well, clarity, stamina, and leadership presence are naturally supported. When they are not, even highly capable leaders may find that performance requires more effort than it should — particularly during periods of increased physiological or emotional load. As a Johns Hopkins– and Stanford-trained physician and Founder of Precision Integrative MD, I work privately with accomplished women executives in medicine, business, and academia to optimize the physiological foundations of sustained leadership performance. Over more than 35 years and patient encounters, my work has focused on women\'s health, brain performance, and complex chronic conditions, with emphasis on maintaining cognitive clarity and vitality through demanding career phases. Private engagements combine precision physiological performance work with Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf and strategic leadership coaching with Master Coach Ziv Soferman, PhD, MCC. My work focuses on the physiological and behavioral factors that support consistent clarity, stamina, and executive presence — particularly during periods of increased physiological or emotional load. Ziv specializes in strategic leadership coaching during periods of transition and advancement, helping leaders develop effective positioning and interview strategies for high-stakes opportunities and critical selection processes. A distinct specialty of Ziv\'s work is the resolution of persistent issues that drain mental and emotional energy — whether arising from workplace dynamics, leadership challenges, or unexpected personal responsibilities. This work allows the situation itself to become manageable while the emotional response becomes neutral, freeing attention and leadership capacity for what matters most. Together we support senior women leaders navigating: • High-stakes transitions • Advancement opportunities • Increased responsibility • Periods of increased physiological or emotional load Engagements include private work and peer-level calibration through the Executive Edge for Women Leaders™ Leadership Circle.
