   My dream Second Act Career is helping others find theirs. At the peak of my professional career, I found that I wanted a Second Act. A new role that I could get excited about. After years of the confines of corporate life, that turned out to be my own career coaching business. I earned certification as a coach from IPEC, a top-ranked coach training program, and from ICF, the organization that sets standards for coaching internationally.I use my decades of experience advising CEO’s, senior managers and business owners on communications and marketing strategy and skills to help high-performing women use their talents, skills and networks to find Second Acts that offer freedom, fulfillment and a sense of adventure.Fear of change makes people hold tight to roles and situations that no longer bring out their best. Or worse, leave them feeling depleted in their lives and work most of the time. There’s a better way. It starts by getting unstuck and seeing the bigger picture. Then, designing a vision for your next act that gets the creative juices flowing again. I work with women, step-by-step to build a plan and make a career move that’s calling them. My coaching style is warm, authentic, kind and direct. I’m determined to make you a success in your own eyes. I’m going to hold your hand and watch your back while pushing you out of your comfort zone and onto greater things.
