ABOUT NANCY LÉVESQUE

Je vous accompagne dans votre développement de leadership et dans votre consolidation d\'équipe. En tant que consultante et coach, je vous amène à tirer parti de la performance et du bien-être à travers trois aspects clés importants: la conscience de soi, l\'engagement dans l\'action et les compétences d\'adaptation en communication. Mon intention est de vous aider à vous faire confiance en vous et en votre équipe, de façon à ce que vous puissiez être autonome dans votre efficacité, votre travail d\'équipe et votre bien-être.Le thème de la gestion du changement a été ma priorité professionnelle pendant de nombreuses années, mais il a également joué un rôle majeur dans ma vie privée. Je suis convaincue que le changement est une opportunité de croissance. En 2015, j\'ai entamé mon plus important changement personnel : j\'ai quitté ma vie en Allemagne pour découvrir mes racines au Québec. Ce voyage d\'apprentissage m\'a offert beaucoup de nouvelles perspectives. L\'une d\'elles est l\'importance de la confiance dans toute relation interpersonnelle- I help leaders and teams improve their leadership skills. I support you in the growth and development of your team through effective communication and collaboration. In my workshops, I bring people together, get them talking and learning more about themselves and their team.In the last 15 years, I have held leadership positions, led teams, and worked with many different teams from different countries. This helps me understand the challenges of a leader from an „inside perspective“. I possess expertise in providing services both domestically and internationally within multicultural and multilingual settings. I have coached leaders at all levels, including CEOs, leaders of leaders, people leaders, and matrix leaders.I\'m convinced that everyone has access to their best intelligence. Leaders are faced with an increasing number of decision-making challenges, heavy workload and limited execution time. As coach and facilitator I help leaders “stop and think”, to identify hurdles to their personal and interpersonal effectiveness and their personal resilience. I have been fortunate to have been exposed to many different social, cultural, and professional settings. This made me the person I am: An energetic, flexible, intuitive individual who is passionate about personal and professional growth. I strongly believe that facilitating workshops where individuals can gain knowledge from each other based on their personal experiences is the most effective method of learning.
