I am thrilled to lead a team of 7 responsible for enterprise-wide data governance enablement, operating model execution, and stakeholder adoption within TD’s Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO), under TD Data supporting the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization.My role sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, change, and delivery—translating enterprise data standards and regulatory expectations into practical, scalable ways of working across business segments and corporate functions.Key areas of focus include: • Driving adoption of TD’s Enterprise Data Management Operating Model, including role clarity, governance forums, and accountability structures • Leading enterprise data literacy, engagement, and adoption initiatives to embed data management into day-to-day business practices • Partnering with senior leaders, data sponsors, and cross-functional teams to enable effective data governance decision-making and execution • Overseeing communications, training, and enablement for enterprise data capabilities and tooling • Supporting regulatory and risk-driven data initiatives through clear guidance, coordination, and disciplined deliveryI am passionate about making data governance understandable, actionable, and sustainable—helping the organization move from policy to practice while strengthening a data-driven culture.
