ABOUT NANCY-KATE RAU

Born and raised in Alabama, Nancy Kate moved to Colorado after falling in love with Boulder on her first visit in 1998. Upon arriving she attended the University of Colorado and graduated with a degree in Marketing. Following a successful career teaching Yoga, Nancy-Kate decided to explore a different profession that so many of her family members had found their own success in, Real Estate. In 2016 she, her husband and their French bulldog moved back to Alabama to be close to her family. In her first year selling new construction homes, she excelled to become one of RealtySouth’s Top Producing agents in 2017. But as they do, the mountains called them home and they are happy to once again be living in this beautiful town. Nancy-Kate has had the opportunity to live in many areas within Boulder County, from the mountains to the flatlands, giving her a great knowledge of the diverse communities in our area. Nancy Kate is known for her work ethic, high level of integrity, motivation, sense of humor and her laugh. She enjoys connecting with people and prides herself on the lasting relationships in her life. As part of the Scott Group at Colorado Landmark, Realtors, Nancy-Kate enjoys working within a team atmosphere to utilize the expertise and support within their group.
