Adding new accepted orders in the internal database (E.g: ANOW)• Review/read office emails and contact the client for missing documents• Responsible for open order management with AMCs (Appraisal Management Companies) and Direct Lenders.• Typing orders for all appraisals, responsible for updating the status and progress of all assignments and communicating any changes to the Loan Officers, Processors, or Underwriters.• Researching online to find tax information, property information, zoning information, demographics, MLS data, etc.• Data entry of property and comparable information using A la Mode Total appraisal software.• Review all incoming appraisals from internal and external sources to ensure that reports are completed in an accurate and high-quality manner. Ensure all reports meet USPAP and Lender Requirements.• Making sure reports are delivered to the client on time and processing revisions in a timely manner.• Updating internal database with appropriate details and participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
