Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards in the property2. ISO audits and its documentation3. Quality check on the process of Food Production & Services Process4. Microbiological analysis of raw,semi-processed and finished products,Water, ice cubes, hand swabs, equipment swabs & scheduling for external lab analysis5. Daily monitoring of the Hygiene, Personal Hygiene, Food Safety Standards of the property & suggest correction and corrective action6. Detailed Investigation of external and internal Foreign Object Complaints7. Co-ordinate with Section Heads, regarding all hygiene & food safety issues in the unit & train the staffs8. Maintaining all the HACCP record as well as ISO documentation9. Ensure cleaning & sanitization as per the schedule, cleaning of chillers, freezers, usage of chemicals10. Food temperature checks at various stages from recipe to buffet counters11. Calibration of temperature probes, freezers, Deep Freezers, Chillers & Weighing scale12. Ensure Quality check from all incoming raw materials13. Conducting vendor and internal audits14. Monthly training for the employees on various food safety topics
