Place orders to, and work directly with, multiple international factories to fulfill customer orders.• Work directly with sales staff and technical review team to ensure accuracy and completeness oforder requirements.• Understand and support global requirements, per factory guidelines.• Meet customer delivery schedules by coordinating project timelines with factory, logistics andservice team.• Arrange/Coordinate and supervise daily, international shipments from production to end-customer.• Coordinate equipment deliveries with customers, forwarders, traffic manager and any other relatedparties.• Responsible for following all company protocols related to shipping terms, payment terms and allcorresponding internal procedures, related to the processing of each order.• Responsible for ensuring order completeness, including, but not limited to, the creation of all salesorders, shipping documents, and invoicing until functional acceptance is received for each project.• Responsible for the invoicing of $10 million+ in sales revenue, monthly.• Create down payment invoices, per contract requirements.• Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates and share all relevant information/detailswith other key team members.• Maximize the use of all resources in a manner that effectively achieves customer requirements andcompany goals.• Ensure all aspects of processing jobs and customer relationships are at a level that maximizesachievement of customers’ expectations:
