Utilize crisis and de-escalation intervention practices when necessary to support clients with challenging behaviors.Identify client characteristics and environmental factors that may trigger agitation and communicate this information to the treatment team.Conduct client checks and rounds, use video surveillance, and complete MH Rounds forms as required.Report observations, interactions, and client activity to the interdisciplinary team.Communicate pertinent clinical matters in real-time to assigned supervisor or other professional staff.Support medication administration as needed.Provide additional support to patients during escorts.Participate in staff, departmental, and team/committee meetings.Engage in departmental quality assurance/performance improvement (QA/PI) activities.Complete required departmental and facility-wide training.Lead or co-lead treatment groups and document group activities appropriately.Perform related work and fulfill other duties as assigned by Senior/Clinical Supervisor.
