With over 16 years of customer service experience, I am a passionate and dedicated Executive Director at IMI Association Executives, a leading provider of association management solutions. My mission is to serve the needs of our clients and their members, and to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within our team. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, as I have been involved in various nonprofit and community initiatives throughout my career.In my current role as Executive Director at IMI, I oversee the strategic direction, financial management, and operational performance of my clients. I also manage the relationship with their board of directors, and lead the business development and marketing efforts. I leverage my skills in property and casualty insurance, commercial insurance, and small business to provide tailored and effective solutions to all of IMI\'s clients, and to ensure their satisfaction and retention. I am proud of the achievements and growth that we have accomplished as a team, and I look forward to continuing to deliver high-quality services and value to our clients and partners.
