My experience is in fundraising operations, with executive-level leadership experience in Healthcare Philanthropy. 1. Foundation Operations Officer

   Directly support the Chief Development Officer for Intermountain Foundation with a consistent vision, message and performance metrics throughout centralized Foundation Philanthropic Services, including management of new projects, development of strategies and evolving funding priorities Implement, direct and continually improve the central operations of the Foundation, and strengthen its relationship to all affiliated Intermountain Healthcare entities to ensure support and productivity is efficient, consistent, and keeping with evolving industry best practices Successfully led a system-wide project to consolidate 7 unique instances of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge into one centralized donor database; launch fully integrated online giving gateway (BBNC) and merchant service (BBMS) to improve efficiencies, eliminate redundancies, and mitigate organizational risk Centralize and standardize a myriad of back-office functions at the system-level, that previously varied and were performed by numerous, separate entities Create a library of Philanthropy policies and ensure their adoption and enforcement Optimize annual fund functions including employee, physician and trustee campaigns; direct mail; newsletters; email and website interaction Work closely with Finance and Budget teams to oversee budget management, revenue and expense reporting, and review of system finance regarding the reporting and audit activities of the Foundation and its affiliates.
