Hi, I\'m Nancy, Chief of Staff at Peak.My primary purpose is to increase and accelerate the output of the office of the CEO. Alongside the CEO, I\'m focused on growing Peak into the global leader in the enterprise AI market. Prior to this, I spent over 10 years in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, specialising in technology roles, whilst also recruiting for Go-To-Market, Finance, and People Operations teams. I\'ve had experience recruiting across the UK, Nordics and spent just under 3 years of my career in the US, managing a team of 15 consultants and recruiting for the North American Microsoft Dynamics Market. In addition to this, I am deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and committed to driving initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture. Since joining Peak, I am an active member of our DEI committee, Peak Equals.
