1N5\'s mission is to promote optimal mental health for youth in Greater Cincinnati through stigma reduction and education. To develop relevant mental health and suicide prevention programs for area Cincinnati colleges and high schools with the intent to start this very important conversation. To teach students the symptoms of mental health, what to look for not only in themselves but also in their friends, the actions to take if identified, and resources available in and outside the school to start normalizing mental health. We do this through events such as the Warrior Run. The Warrior Run:The Race for Life, an event featuring a 5K race, and one-mile walk will be held in October. Both courses start and finish at the Bell Tower @ Dogwood Park, off Pleasant Street, in the historic Village of Mariemont,Ohio. The family-oriented fundraiser benefits Cincinnati Children\'s Hospital Medical Center\'s (CCHMC) Adapting for Life® program plus local in-school mental health programs.
