I am pleased to announce I formally joined Gonser Gerber in February of 2024 as our first Managing Consultant to provide consulting services and assist the firm with operations. However, I have actually been part of the Gonser Gerber family since 1969 when my father, Charles H. Kayton, joined the firm. He was with Gonser Gerber for almost 40 years. By the time I was in high school I was curious enough about what dad did for a living to start attending Gonser Gerber’s Annual Conferences. Many conferences later, and after more than 35 years in advancement, I feel very fortunate to have turned a childhood curiously into a very fulfilling career.
