With over 30 years of real estate experience in up and down markets, my expertise is in leading clients through a sale or purchase in a down-shifting market and a market recovery. Highly experienced probate and estate sale properties, traditional sales, and new home sales-both closing out communities for builders and also in representing buyers through their new home process. Specialties: Extensive experience in both ends of the Las Vegas Valley residential market cycles: traditional, equity home sellers and buyers, and also negative equity home sellers. Thorough background in new home construction and sales, working as marketing director and sales trainer inside the home building company, performing outside consulting to small and medium sized home builders, and representing buyers in new home construction. Masters degree in Clinical Guidance and Counseling, specializing in assisting adults who are in a life crisis due to death, divorce, job loss, to make and implement an effective plan for solutions. Over 20 years of recreational hiking and mountain climbing in the Rockies, learning to shift gears quickly and bring the whole team back down safely. Also trained in pistol shooting and epee fencing. Slices of personal time are spent on passion hobbies: ballet training on pointe, and competitive standard ballroom, competing in the Pro/Am category.
