Monitors market changes, market data, and adherence to all company standards ie. Playmaker CRM, expenses, etc. Cultivated a strong partnership between sales and operations teams. Works closely with the offices, clinical teams, regional operations teams, and Division Presidents to execute the growth, strategic initiatives, and sustainability plans. In 2019 achieved organic growth of 14.7% and 28% above revenue budget. Revenue over $80M.
