I began my career in the credit/lending business 25+ years ago. I have processed consumer loan applications, underwritten the loan and been in a position to approve or deny loan requests. In 2012 I made a transition over to the residential mortgage loan industry and started in a position assisting one of the top female originators in Ohio and in the United States. I learned many aspects of the business while in this position, then on April 1, 2015 I made the transition to a full-time mortgage loan originator. I feel in my short time originating, I have done extremely well as I closed $62M in 2015 and $97M in 2016 and have increased volume each year since then ending 2020 with a closed volume of $161M.I have been listed in the Scotsman Guide for Top Loan Originators since 2016 as well as being recognized as a Scotsman Guide Top Woman Loan Originator in 2020.I pride myself in my loyalty to my clients as well as giving them a high level of customer service as this is shown throughout my online reviews with Experience.com.
