As of 2012 I was introduced to a Broker who was fairly new to the residential side of Real Estate and is open for new and out of the ordinary ideals of selling Real Estate, however, My broker went back to property management which left me with the decision to move again to a Broker which may be considered to me as a virtual office with office location and tools for help. Since my car is usually my office this was an ideal move for me at this time.
